Ingredients
- 15-16 fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons instant oats
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup castor sugar
- 1½ eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- ½ cup + ½ tablespoon refined flour (maida)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 120 millilitres milk
Method
- Take butter in a bowl and beat with an electric beater well. Add sugar and continue to beat till light and fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla essence and beat till well incorporated. - Preheat the air fryer to 180° C for 2-3 minutes.
- Sift refined flour and baking powder directly into the bowl. Add blueberries and oats and mix well.
- Add milk to get the required consistency and mix well.
- Pour this mixture into 6 individual silicone muffin moulds and arrange them in the air fryer basket. Fit the basket into the fryer and air fry for 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool, demould, arrange in serving plates and serve.
