Method

  1. Take Pro V Select Afghan Whole Natural Black Raisins in a bowl, add sufficient water and soak for 1 hour.
  2. Drain and transfer into a grinder jar and grind coarsely.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds and when they begin to splutter, add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds and dried red chillies, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the ground paste, mix and cook for 5-6 minutes.
  5. Add black salt, roasted cumin powder and red chilli powder and mix well.
  6. Transfer into a serving bowl, allow to cool and serve.
