Ingredients
- 1½ cups roughly chopped pineapple
- 2-3 fresh red chillies, chopped
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- ¼ teaspoon fennel seeds
- ¼ teaspoon onion seeds
- 1 cup mango juice
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Chicken fingers for serving
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add pineapple, fresh red chillies, garlic, fennel seeds, onion seeds, mango juice, sugar, salt and vinegar and mix well.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely. Transfer into a grinder jar and grind to fine paste. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- Transfer into a bottle and serve as and when need with any snack.
