Ingredients
- 350 grams ginger (adrak)
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup ghee
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
- A large pinch of nutmeg powder
Method
- Peel ginger and cut into small pieces. Transfer into a grinder jar, add ½ cup milk and grind to a fine paste.
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add the ground ginger paste and mix well. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 minutes.
