Ingredients
- 20-25 green chillies
 - 2 tablespoons oil
 - 12-16 garlic cloves
 - 1 inch piece ginger
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - 4 tablespoons vinegar
 - Salt to taste
 - 1/2 teaspoon sugar
 
Method
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry briefly. Add whole red chillies and continue stir-frying for half a minute more. Remove from heat and cool.
 - Grind above mixture with lemon juice, vinegar, salt and sugar into a fine paste. Serve with bhakris.
