By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Varadhi Thetcha Main Ingredients Green chillies Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 20-25 green chillies 2 tablespoons oil 12-16 garlic cloves 1 inch piece ginger 1 tablespoon lemon juice 4 tablespoons vinegar Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon sugar Method Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry briefly. Add whole red chillies and continue stir-frying for half a minute more. Remove from heat and cool. Grind above mixture with lemon juice, vinegar, salt and sugar into a fine paste. Serve with bhakris.
