Ingredients for Varadhi Thetcha Recipe

  • Green chillies 20-25

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Garlic 12-16 cloves

  • Ginger 1 inch piece

  • Lemon juice 1 tablespoon

  • Vinegar 4 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Sugar 1/2 teaspoon


Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry briefly. Add whole red chillies and continue stir-frying for half a minute more. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 2

Grind above mixture with lemon juice, vinegar, salt and sugar into a fine paste. Serve with bhakris.
