Ingredients for Suva Soya Bhaji Recipe

  • Dill leaves (suva) 1/2 cup

  • Soya Nuggets 1 cup

  • Tofu 200 grams

  • Oil 2 tablespoons

  • Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon

  • Green chillies, slit 4-5

  • Onion finely chopped 1 medium

  • Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon

  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon

  • Coriander powder 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Dried mango powder 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non stick kadai. Add ginger, garlic, cumin seeds and green chillies and sauté. Mash tofu. Soak soya nuggets in water. Finely chop suva bhaji

Step 2

Add onion to the kadai and sauté till translucent. Add tofu, drained soya nuggets, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, amchur and salt to the kadai and mix well.Add suva bhaji and lemon juice and mix, cook for 2 minutes. Transfer into a
