Ingredients list for Mushroom with Suva and Garlic

  • 20-22 Button Mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 - 2 cups Dill Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried mango powder
  • to taste Salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté till garlic turns light golden. Quarter the mushrooms and add to the pan.
  2. Add crushed black peppercorns, garam masala powder, dried mango powder and salt and toss well. Cook till all the moisture dries up.
  3. Add dill and lemon juice and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
