Ingredients 

  • 1 cup American sweet corn, boiled
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • Few coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder

Method

  1. Heat butter in a non stick pan, saute the corn for a minute. Remove in a bowl and allow it to cool.
  2. Add cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli, chaat masala, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and red chilli powder. Mix well and serve
