Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled noodles
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil (til oil)
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Chopped spring onion greens for garnishing
- Salt to taste
Method
- Roast sesame seeds in a non-stick pan till fragrant and light brown. Transfer into a bowl.
- Heat sesame oil in the same pan. Add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Add noodles and salt and toss. Add soy sauce and toss.
- Add toasted sesame seeds, reserving some for garnishing, and toss lightly.
- Add vinegar and toss.
- Garnish with spring onion greens and reserved sesame seeds and serve hot.
