Sabziwala Pasta Pasta cooked with veggies This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Jun 2014 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Macaroni, Potatoes Cuisine Fusion Course Noodles and Pastas Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sabziwala Pasta 100 grams Macaroni boiled Potatoes 1 medium Carrot 4 tablespoons Olive oil 2 medium Potatoes 10-12 florets Cauliflower 1/2 cup Green peas shelled 1 Bay leaf 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1 1/2 teaspoons Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 1 cup Fresh tomato puree 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder Method Roughly chop onions. Heat olive oil in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaf and cumin seeds and sauté for one minute. Add onions and sauté till lightly coloured. Cut carrot and potatoes into small cubes and add. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Add macaroni, cauliflower, green peas, two cups water and tomato puree and mix well. Add garam masala powder and mix. Close the cooker and cook under pressure till two whistles are given out. When the pressure reduces completely open the lid.
