Ingredients list for Peanut Aloo
- 3 large Potatoes boiled peeled and cut into ½ inch cubes
- 1/2 cup Roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Green chillies slit
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried mango powder
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick kadai, add green chillies, cumin seeds and peanuts and sauté for a minute.
- Add ginger paste and garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Add potatoes and toss.
- Add turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix again. Serve hot.
