By Sanjeev Kapoor 15 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 400 grams cottage cheese (paneer) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp roasted gram (dalia) flour ½ tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp chaat masala ½ tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste 1 tbsp fresh malai 1 tbsp cashew nut paste 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves 2 tsps lemon juice 1 tbsp oil Lemon wedge as required Seekh parantha to serve Onion rings to serve Cherry tomato halves to serve Fresh mint leaves to serve Method Take cottage cheese in a large bowl, add green chilli-ginger-garlic paste, gram flour, red chilli powder and chaat masala and garam masala powder, salt, malai, cashew nut paste, coriander leaves and lemon juice and mix well. Divide the mixture into equal portions. Pat each portion onto a satay stick. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the kebabs on it and cook, rotating the satay sticks, till golden brown on all sides.
