Ingredients
- 200 grams paneer, cut into thick strips
- 1 medium green capsicum
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 medium onions
- 4-5 black peppercorns, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala + to sprinkle
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Oil for greasing
Method
- Roast green capsicum, tomato and onion on a sigdi. Apply little oil at regular intervals.
- Similarly, roast the thick paneer slices.
- Cut green capsicum, tomato, onions and paneer into big pieces and mix them in a bowl.
- Add crushed black peppercorns, red chilli flakes, green chilli, chaat masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
- Transfer into a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve.
