Goes well with hot chapatis This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 17 Mar 2021 in Recipes Veg New Update Mushroom Soyawadi Masala Main Ingredients Button mushrooms, Soya chunks Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 15-20 button mushrooms 1 cup soya chunks, soaked in warm water for 30 minutes 1 teaspoon oil 1 bay leaf 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon chopped ginger 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1 cup skimmed milk yogurt Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder Method Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add bay leaf and onions and saute till lightly browned. Meanwhile halve the mushrooms. Add tomatoes, mix and saute for 1-2minutes. Add mushrooms, mix and continue to saute for 1-2 minutes. Add Squeeze the soya chunks and add. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger and garlic and mix well. Add skimmed milk yogurt and mix. Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala powder and mix. Add ½ cup water and mix well. When the mixture comes to a boil, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
