Ingredients list for Mushroom Pepper Fry
- 200 grams Button mushrooms quartered
- 1/2 medium Yellow bell pepper finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 2 medium Onions quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- for garnishing Ginger juliennes
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add green chillies and sauté till translucent.
- Add bell pepper and sauté on high heat.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Add mushrooms, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add salt and soy sauce and mix well.
- Add coriander and mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with ginger juliennes.
