This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 13 May 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Frozen green peas, Cauliflower Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Matar Gobhi Masti 1 1/2 cups Frozen green peas 2 cups Cauliflower cut into small florets 2 tablespoons Ghee a pinch Asafoetida 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder to taste Salt 1 inch Ginger cut into thin strips 2 teaspoons Gram flour (besan) 3/4 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Black peppercorns freshly crushed Method Heat ghee in a non-stick wok, add and cumin seeds and saute. When the seeds begin to change colour, add cauliflower florets, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Sprinkle a little water, mix, cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add green peas and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add half the ginger strips, gram flour and coriander powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add crushed black peppercorns and mix. Cover and cook till done. Transfer into a serving bowl, garnish with the remaining ginger strips and serve hot.
