Ingredients list for Jain Bread Cutlet
- 6-8 White bread slices
 - for shallo for greasing Oil
 - ¼ teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - 1 tablespoon White sesame seeds
 - 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Sugar
 - to taste Salt
 - 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
 - 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
 
Method
- Discard the edges of bread slices. Roughly chop the breads and transfer in a bowl. Add little water and crush it completely.
 - Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, sesame seeds, green chillies, sugar, salt, lemon juice and coriander. Mix well and knead into a soft dough.
 - Grease the sides of heart shaped cookie cutter with oil, place a portion of dough on a worktop and cut out heart shaped cutlet using the cookie cutter. Similarly prepare the rest.
 - Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place the cutlets and shallow-fry on low heat till both sides are crisp and brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
 - Serve hot along with tomato ketchup.
