Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups boiled spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 2 dried red chillies
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 5-7 garlic cloves, sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves and garlic cloves, mix and sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
- Add boiled spaghetti and toss well. Add salt and roasted peanuts and mix well.
- Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and add coriander leaves, toss well and cook for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
