Ingredients list for Indian Spaghetti

  • 1 1/2 cups Spaghetti boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 Dried red chillies
  • 10-12 Curry leaves
  • 5-7 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 Large onion sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 2 tablespoons Roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add mustard seeds, dried red chillies, curry leaves and garlic cloves, mix and sauté for 2 minutes.
  2. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add turmeric powder and garam masala powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add boiled spaghetti and toss well. Add salt and roasted peanuts and mix well.
  4. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon and add coriander leaves, toss well and cook for 1 minute. Take the pan off the heat.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
