By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Mar 2019 in Recipes Non Veg New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Main Ingredients Eggs, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 6-10 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Indian Masala Omelette 3 Eggs 2 tablespoons Oil 2-3 Green chillies chopped 2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 1/4 Capsicum chopped 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped 2 tablespoons Processed cheese grated 1 medium Onion chopped Method Heat one tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan. Add green chillies sauté and add onions. Sauté till golden brown. Add tomatoes, sauté for two minutes on high heat. Add rec chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir well. Add salt and mix well. Sprinkle some water and mix well. Add sugar and capsicum and mix well. Switch off heat and allow it to cool. Break the eggs in a bowl. Add little salt and beat well. Add the prepared mixture to the eggs and mix well. Add coriander and mix well. Add cheese and mix. Heat remaining oil in a nonstick pan. Pour the mixture and spread evenly. Lower the heat. Cover and cook for two to three minutes or till eggs are cooked.
