Ingredients list for Gobhi With Matar
- 1 medium Cauliflower separated into florets
- 1 cup Green peas
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 medium Onions chopped
- 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 4 Green chillies chopped
- 1 Tomato finely chopped
- for garnish Fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions, garlic paste and ginger paste and saute till onions turn golden brown in color.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add green chillies and tomatoes and cook on low heat.
- Add a tablespoon of water and cook till the tomatoes get cooked.
- Add the cauliflower and green peas and cover and cook till the cauliflower gets cooked. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
