Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add asafoetida, cumin seeds, ginger and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Grate cauliflower into the pan and mix well. Add turmeric powder, salt, dried mango powder, red chilli powder and mix well. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add milk and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice, cover and cook again.
