Ingredients 

  • 1 medium apple
  • 2 medium capsicum
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 medium potatoes, boiled
  • 1 cup green peas, boiled
  • 1 cup corn kernels boiled
  • 4 pineapple slices, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup

Method

  1. Cut apple, onion, capsicum, and potatoes into small and equal pieces. Place in a big bowl.
  2. Add peas, corn and pineapple. Mix well.Add mayonnaise, salt, white pepper powder and ketchup.
  3. Mix well and serve cold.
