By Sanjeev Kapoor 26 Jun 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Eggs, Crushed black peppercorns Cuisine Kerala,Indian Course Main Course Egg Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Egg Pepper Masala 4 Eggs hard boiled, peeled and halved 1 tablespoon Crushed black peppercorns 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Fennel seeds (saunf) 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds 1-2 Green chillies slit 10-12 Curry leaves 1 Medium onion sliced 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 cup Tomato puree to taste Salt to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add fennel seeds and coriander seeds, mix and sauté well. Add green chillies and curry leaves, mix and sauté till leaves crackle. Add onion, mix and sauté till translucent. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Add tomato puree, mix and cook for a minute. Add salt and mix. Add eggs, mix lightly and cook for 1-2 minutes.
