Ingredients list for Dosa Dhokla
- Dosa batter
 - For Stuffing
 - 500 grams Potato boiled and mashed
 - 250 grams Onion chopped
 - to shallow fry Oil 4-5 tablespoons +
 - 8-10 Curry leaves
 - 1 teaspoon Split skinless black grams (dhuli urad dal)
 - 1 tablespoon Green chillies finely chopped
 - 1/2 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped
 - 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
 - 1/2 teaspoon Fruit salt
 - to taste Salt
 - for garnishing Fresh coriander leaves
 
Method
- To make stuffing, heat 4-5 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and urad dal till it catches brown shade.
 - Add the onions and stir till it becomes brown.
 - Add the potatoes, green chilli, ginger, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste.
 - For making dosa dhokla,
 - Take half the dosa batter add salt as per taste and also add fruit salt and stir the batter properly.
 - Now add the batter in properly greased plate.
 - Put the plate in the steamer and steam it for 10-15 min.
 - Now spread the stuff on it and again steam it for 2-3 min.
