By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Corn kernels, Medium green capsicums Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Corn Capsicum Masala-SK Khazana 1 cup Corn kernels boiled 2 Medium green capsicums cut into 3/4 inch squares 1 tablespoon Oil 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds 1 Medium onion finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 43 teaspoon Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder 1 cup Tomato puree 3/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder 1 tablespoon Fresh cream to taste Salt to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and onion, mix and sauté till onion is lightly browned. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and sauté for a minute. Add coriander powder and cumin powder, mix and sauté for a minute. Add tomato puree, mix and sauté till the oil separates. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Add green capsicum and mix well. Add corn kernels, mix well, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add cream and mix. Add salt, mix well and cook for a minute.
