Ingredients
- 1 cup corn kernels, boiled
- 2 medium green capsicums, cut into 3/4 inch squares
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 43 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 3/4 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh cream
- Salt to taste
- Chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and onion, mix and sauté till onion is lightly browned.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté till fragrant.
- Add chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix and sauté for a minute. Add coriander powder and cumin powder, mix and sauté for a minute.
- Add tomato puree, mix and sauté till the oil separates. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
- Add green capsicum and mix well. Add corn kernels, mix well, cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.
- Add cream and mix. Add salt, mix well and cook for a minute.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
