Ingredients list for Chicken Tawa Pulao
- 400 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes
- 3 cups Cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic paste
- 3 medium Tomatoes chopped
- ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon Pav bhaji masala
- ½ teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
- to taste Salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- for garnish coriander leaves chopped, 1 tablespoons +
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onions and sauté till translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for a minute. Add tomatoes, mix and cook till it turns pulpy.
- Add chili powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala and cumin powder then mix well and cook till the oil separates from the masala.
- Add little water and mix. Add chicken and capsicum and mix. Add salt, mix and cook till the chicken is fully done.
- Add rice and toss. Add butter and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
