Ingredients list for Baked Methi Bites-SK Khazana
- 1 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves (methi) chopped
 - 1 cup Semolina (rawa/suji)
 - 3/4 cup Gram flour (besan)
 - 1 teaspoon Baking soda
 - to taste Salt
 - 3/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
 - 14 teaspoon Turmeric powder
 - 2 Green chillies finely chopped
 - 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
 - 1/3 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped
 - 1 Small onion finely chopped
 - 3 tablespo for greasing Oil
 - as required Milk
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180˚C.
 - Sieve semolina into a bowl. Add gram flour, baking soda, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, garlic, onion, fenugreek leaves and oil and mix well. Add milk and mix into a thick batter.
 - Grease a barfi tray with some oil and spread the mixture evenly in it. Tap the tray lightly on the worktop to settle the batter evenly.
 - Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat, cool and demould.
 - Cut into squares and serve.
