Ingredients list for Baked Chicken Tarts
- 100 grams Chicken mince
- For topping Mozzarella cheese grated
- 16 small Tart shells readymade
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 7-8 Garlic cloves chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- ½ tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- For topping Tomato puree
Method
- Preheat oven at 250°C.
- Chop green chillies.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add onion and sauté well. Add chopped green chillies and sauté well.
- Add ginger, mix well and sauté. Add garlic, mix well and sauté till the onion and garlic turn light brown.
- Add chicken mince, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, crushed peppercorns and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Switch off heat and add chopped coriander. Mix well.
- Place tart shells on a baking tray and fill with the chicken mixture. Top with tomato puree and cheese, put tray in the preheated oven and bake till cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
