By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 May 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Pineapple, Oil Cuisine Indian Course Pickles, Jams and Chutneys Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Annaraser Chatni 1/4 large Pineapple 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds 2 Bay leaves 10-12 Raisins 1 inch pieces Ginger chopped to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Sugar Method Peel and remove eyes of the pineapple. Discard the hard core. Chop into small dices Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard seeds. When the seeds start to crackle add pineapple pieces. Sauté for two to three minutes, add bay leaves, raisins and ginger, sauté for another two minutes. Season with salt and stir. Add one cup of water and sugar. Simmer till the chutney is thick. Cool and serve.
