Ingredients
- 1 cup hung yogurt
- 1½ cups yogurt
- 1 green chilli
- A few fresh coriander leaves
- A few fresh mint leaves
- 1 inch piece ginger, grated
- 2-3 tbsps powdered sugar
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder + to sprinkle
- 1 tsp black salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala + to sprinkle
- 1½ cups milk
- Ice cubes as required
- Mint sprigs for garnish
Method
- In a blender, add hung yogurt, yogurt, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, powdered sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, milk and ice cubes. Blend to a fine mixture.
- Transfer in a serving glasses. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and garnish with mint sprig. Serve chilled.
