This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 08 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Mayonnaise Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Mayonnaise Tikki 2 large Potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 3 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 large Onion finely chopped 2 Green chillies finely chopped 1 tablespoon Ginger finely chopped 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 3 tablespoons Salted peanuts roasted and coarsely ground Cornflour 2 tablespoons + for dusting 2 tablespoons Oil For garnishing Thin strips of green capsicum Thin strips of red capsicum Thin strips of yellow capsicum Chaat masala Method Mix together potatoes, onion, green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, salt, mayonnaise, peanuts and 2 tbsps cornflour in a bowl. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Dust your palms with cornflour. Make equal sized balls of the potato mixture. Place the balls in the pan and flatten them with a spatula. Cook on one side till golden. Flip and cook on the other side till evenly done. Place thin strips of green, red and yellow capsicums on a serving plate. Transfer the tikkis on them, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve hot.
