Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter, add broken green chillies and curry leaves and sauté lightly. Add onion and sauté on medium heat till lightly browned. Chop the tomatoes and add to the pan and mix well. Add turmeric powder and salt and mix well. Add 1 cup water and cook on high heat. Mix rice flour with 1 tbsp water till smooth.
