Ingredients
- 1 cup American sweet corn, boiled
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- Few coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Method
- Heat butter in a non stick pan, saute the corn for a minute. Remove in a bowl and allow it to cool.
- Add cucumber, tomato, coriander leaves, green chilli, chaat masala, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and red chilli powder. Mix well and serve
