Ingredients list for Peanut Chaat
- 2 cups Raw peanuts
- to taste Salt
- 1-2 Green chillies finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 medium Onion finely chopped
- 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon + for sprinkling Chaat masala
- 1 teaspoon + for sprinkling Cumin powder roasted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to sprinkle Red chilli powder
Method
- Pressure cook peanuts with salt and4 cups water till 5 whistles are given out. Remove from heat, drain and transfer in a bowl.
- Combine peanuts, green chillies, chopped coriander, onion, tomato, salt, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice and mix.
- Put in individual serving bowls and sprinkle some chilli powder, chaat masala and roasted cumin powder on top.
- Serve immediately.
