Ingredients
- 200 grams noodles, boiled
- 4-5 French beans, blanched
- 1 small red capsicum
- 1 small yellow capsicum
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1/2 cup corn kernels, boiled
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- 2 stalk spring onion greens
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
Method
- Diagonally slice spring onions and French beans. Cut the red and yellow capsicums into strips.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add spring onions and sauté for a minute. Add French beans and sauté for a minute on high heat.
- Add corn kernels, boiled noodles, red and yellow capsicums, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and salt.
- Toss and mix. Chop spring onion greens and add along with bean sprouts. Toss and mix well.
- Serve hot.
