Ingredients
- ¾ cup boiled sweet corn kernels
- 1½ cups chilled yogurt
- ¾ teaspoon roasted cumin powder + for sprinkling
- Black salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder + for sprinkling
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves + for sprinkling
Method
- Take yogurt in a large bowl, add roasted cumin powder, black salt and chaat masala and whisk till smooth.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander leaves and boiled sweet corn kernels and mix well.
- Transfer the raita into a serving bowl, sprinkle red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves. Serve chilled.
