Ingredients list for Methi Pakora-SK Khazana
- 1 cup Fresh fenugreek leaves chopped
- 1/2 cup Gram flour (besan)
- 1 tablespoon Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh coriander leves chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger-green chilli paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- a pinch Baking soda
- a pinch Sugar
- 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil
- to serve Green chutney
- to serve Tomato ketchup
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
- Take fenugreek leaves, yogurt, coriander leaves, ginger-green chilli paste, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, baking soda and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Add 1 tablespoon oil, gram flour and a little water and mix well to make a batter of dropping consistency.
- Drop in portions of the batter and deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
