Chop garlic finely and put in a bowl. Add peanuts, gram flour, rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and baking soda and mix well. Add a little water and mix well. Deep fry these peanuts in hot oil till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
