Ingredients list for Masala Ginger Lassi - SK Khazana

  • 1/2 cup Hung yogurt
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 Green chilli
  • a few Fresh coriander sprigs
  • a few to garnish Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 inches Ginger grated
  • 1-2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspo to sprinkle Roasted cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black salt
  • 1 teaspoon to sprinkle Chaat masala
  • 1 cup Milk
  • as required Ice cubes
  • 4 to garnish Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Put hung yogurt in a blender jar, add yogurt, green chilli, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, powdered sugar, roasted cumin powder, black salt, chaat masala, milk and ice cubes and blend well.
  2. Pour into serving glasses. Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder, garnish each glass with a mint sprig and serve chilled.
