Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cumin seeds
 - 10-12 black peppercorns
 - ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes
 - 1 teaspoon black salt
 - ¾ teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
 
Method
- Heat a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds, black peppercorns and red chilli flakes and dry roast till fragrant. Take the pan off the heat and cool slightly.
 - Transfer into a mortar and crush coarsely with a pestle.
 - Add black salt and dried mango powder and mix well. Store in air tight container and use as required.
