Ingredients
- 8 slices of king fish (surmai)
- 1 teaspoon crushed pepper
- 1 tablespoon coriander paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon red chilli paste
- 2 tablespoon oil
- ½ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup semolina (rawa)
Method
- To make the marinate for the fish, add crushed pepper, coriander paste, ginger garlic paste, lime juice, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli paste and oil in a bowl and mix together.
- Marinate the fish in the prepared marinade and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
- In a plate mix flour and semolina together. Coat the marinated fish with this mixture completely.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add oil and pan-fry the fish till golden brown or fully cooked.
Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
