By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Aug 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Button Mushrooms, Milk Cuisine Indian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 41-50 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Advertisment Ingredients list for Malai Mushroom Curry 10-12 Button Mushrooms halved 2 tablespoons Milk 2 cloves Garlic chopped 1/2 inch piece Ginger grated 1 large Onion chopped 1 large Tomato chopped 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Coriander powder 1 teaspoon Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder 1 cup Milk 2 tablespoons coriander leaves for garnish Method Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and ginger and saute for a minute. Add onion and saute till light brown. Add tomatoes and saute for two minutes. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder and saute for a minbute. Add mushrooms and milk and saute for a minute. Let it simmer till the milk is absorbed.
