By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless fish fillets, Garlic Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Lasooni Fish Tikka 400 grams Boneless fish fillets cut into 2 inch cubes 1/4 cup Garlic chopped and fried to taste Salt 1/4 cup Yogurt 1 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste to taste Black salt 1/2 Roasted cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon Green chillies finely chopped 1 teaspoon Carom seeds (ajwain) 1 tablespoon Gram flour 1 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 tablespo to grease Mustard oil to baste Butter melted Method Take fried garlic in a mixing bowl, add salt, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, black salt, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, green chillies, carom seeds, gram flour, lemon juice and mustard oil and mix well. Take fish cubes in a bowl, add the yogurt mixture and mix well and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 180° C. Skew a cherry tomato, a piece of green capsicum, a few pieces of fish pieces and end with a green capsicum piece and a cherry tomato on each wooden skewer and place them on a plate. Line a baking tray with aluminium foil and grease it with a little oil. Place the skewers on it and baste them with a little melted butter. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or till the fish is done.
