By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Jun 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Boneless chicken breast, Savoury crispies Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Kurkure Chicken - SK Khazana 300 grams Boneless chicken breast cut into strips 2 cups Savoury crispies 1 teaspoon Red chilli flakes 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 1 teaspoon Onion powder 1/2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped 1 Egg for deep-frying Oil Chaat masala for sprinkling to serve Mayonnaise Method Take chicken strips in a bowl, add red chilli flakes, garlic powder, salt, crushed black peppercorns, onion powder and parsley. Break an egg into the bowl and mix well. Put the savoury krispies in a zip lock bag, lock it and crush the crispies, with a rolling pin, into a coarse powder. Spread them on a plate. Roll each chicken strip in the crushed savory crispies till they are well coated. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a wok, slide the chicken into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle chaat masala over them and mix carefully.
