Ingredients 

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black peppercorns to taste

Method

  1. Pour milk into a jar. Add olive oil gradually and beat with an electric hand blender till thick.
  2. Transfer into a bowl. Add salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well.
  3. Transfer into a sterilized bottle and use as required.
