Ingredients list for Kachche Kele Ki Pav Bhaji

  • 4 medium Raw bananas
  • Pav
  • 1/4 cup Green peas shelled
  • 6 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 small Cauliflower grated
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger paste
  • 3-4 Green chillies finely chopped
  • 6 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala
  • 1 medium Green capsicum finely chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • 8 Pav
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped

Method

  1. Boil, cool, peel and mash raw bananas. Boil green peas in salted water till soft, drain, mash lightly.
  2. Heat three tablespoons of butter in a pan, add grated cauliflower and stir-fry for a minute. Add mashed bananas and stir. Add ginger paste, green chillies and tomatoes and mix.
  3. Add half a cup of water and cook on low heat for eight to ten minutes.
