Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup nylon sev
  • 7-8 raw tomatoes , cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander-cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesĀ 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
  2. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add turmeric powder, coriander-cumin powder, chilli powder and sugar, mix well, cover and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add salt, mix well and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add chopped coriander and sev and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
