By Sanjeev Kapoor 19 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Goan pork sausages, Oil Cuisine Goan Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Goan Sausage Chilli Fry 200 grams Goan pork sausages cut into small pieces 1/2 tablespoon Oil 1/2 tablespoon Butter 1 teaspoon Garlic finely chopped 1/2 inch Ginger finely chopped 1 Medium onion sliced 2 Green chillies diagonally sliced 1 Small green capsicum cut into strips 1 Small tomato cut into strips 1 pinch Sugar to taste Salt 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar 2 tablespoons Tomato puree 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder tea to garnish Fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add butter and let it melt. Add garlic and saute for ½ minute. Add ginger, mix and sauté till the raw smells disappear. Add onion, mix and sauté till golden brown. Add green chillies, mix and saute for 1 minute. Add capsicum and tomato, mix and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add sugar, salt, vinegar and tomato puree and mix well. Add red chilli powder and mix well. Add sausages, mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
