Ingredients list for Creamy Chicken Pasta - SK Khazana

  • 50 grams Boneless chicken finely chopped
  • 100 grams Macaroni pasta boiled
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida)
  • 2 cups Milk
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste White pepper powder
  • 8-10 Black olives sliced
  • 1/2 Medium green capsicum diced
  • 1/2 Medium red capsicum diced
  • 1/2 Medium yellow capsicum diced
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Processed cheese grated
  • to garnish Fresh parsley finely chopped

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and onion, mix and saute till onion softens.
  2. Add refined flour, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes or till the raw smell of flour disappears.
  3. Add 1 cup milk, stir continuously and cook till the sauce begins to thicken. Add chicken and mix and cook, stirring continuously. Add the remaining milk and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add salt and white pepper powder and mix well.
  5. Add pasta gradually and mix well. Add black olives and capsicums and mix well.
  6. Add cream and cheese and mix well.
  7. Transfer into serving bowl, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
