Ingredients
- 50 grams boneless chicken, finely chopped
- 100 grams macaroni pasta, boiled
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons refined flour (maida)
- 2 cups milk
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
- 8-10 black olives, sliced
- 1/2 medium green capsicum, diced
- 1/2 medium red capsicum, diced
- 1/2 medium yellow capsicum,diced
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup grated processed cheese
- Finely chopped fresh parsley to garnish
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and onion, mix and saute till onion softens.
- Add refined flour, mix and saute for 1-2 minutes or till the raw smell of flour disappears.
- Add 1 cup milk, stir continuously and cook till the sauce begins to thicken. Add chicken and mix and cook, stirring continuously. Add the remaining milk and mix well and cook for 1 minute.
- Add salt and white pepper powder and mix well.
- Add pasta gradually and mix well. Add black olives and capsicums and mix well.
- Add cream and cheese and mix well.
- Transfer into serving bowl, garnish with parsley and serve hot.
