Take crushed sweet corn kernels in a mixing bowl, add processed cheese, ginger, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, green chilli, cornflour, baking soda, refined flour, crushed peppercorns and coriander leaves and mix well. Dampen your palms with some water, divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into balls and keep them on a plate. Slide these balls into hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
